Wellbeing is especially important during a crisis, which is why we have developed a comprehensive programme that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of our members. Our inclusive programme includes a range of fitness classes that cater to both adults and children. These classes are designed to be fun and engaging while also being effective in promoting physical fitness, mental and emotional wellbeing.
