Free classes designed to improve the health and wellbeing of our service users offered throughout the week, every week.

Looking after your wellbeing is crucial, which is why our inclusive programme includes a range of fitness classes that cater to both adults and children. All classes are designed to be fun and engaging while also being effective in promoting physical fitness, mental and emotional wellbeing.

  • Bloomsbury Football Coaching for Kids

    Mondays 4:45-5:45PM

    8-12 year old boys & girls come improve your ball skills and enjoy some friendly competition.

  • Zumba for Women & Children

    Mondays 7:15pm - 8:15pm

    Improve cardio fitness whilst enhancing balance, coordination and agility with this upbeat class from Sandra.

  • Boxing/Boxercise

    Tuesdays 7:00-8:00PM

    Get in shape and learn skills like drills, defences and glovework. For all fitness levels.
