SPCA is dedicated to providing free or low cost activities for the local community. Our innovative health and wellbeing programme delivers a range of holistic activities to engage with the local community – adult's and children's fitness sessions, podcasts, wellness workshops and much more.

Activities are for all abilities and all ages (minimum 3 yrs).
