Health & Wellbeing
SPCA is dedicated to providing free or low cost activities for the local community. Our innovative health and wellbeing programme delivers a range of holistic activities to engage with the local community – adult's and children's fitness sessions, podcasts, wellness workshops and much more.
Activities are for all abilities and all ages (minimum 3 yrs).

Children's sessions have returned in centre as of the 19th of April 2021 - these sessions are term time only and will continue in centre in line with government guidance. - Session will continue to be drop off – parents/carers/guardians will be asked when navigating the main building please use a face covering.
Adults sessions: will return in centre from the 17th of May 2021 - we will continue with a mixture of remote and in centre sessions
Other support services
Camden Mobile Food Bank Are now accepting self-referrals from individuals who are in urgent need. If you’re a local organisation, housing association, health centre, local school or community centre you can also refer clients directly too, using the same form. A new Covid-19 Referral Form, that’s simple and easy to complete. We’ll then contact you to arrange a collection date and time.
