SPCA is dedicated to providing free or low cost activities for the local community, our innovative fun n fit programme delivers a range of holistic activities to engage with the local community – dancing, fitness, community cooking classes, health & wellbeing workshops; conditioning the mind and body for a healthier lifestyle.
 
Activities are for all ages and abilities – see our timetables below for the latest activities and sessions.

Health & Wellbeing activities update

Adult sessions – (indoor)
These sessions will move online for participants – please join our Facebook groups for all the latest information, content and links for live sessions. The groups are closed and you will need to be approved to join.
 
 
Adults sessions – (outdoors)
 
Sessions will continue with measures agreed in risk assessments – please ensure you are following social distancing between participants during the session.
 
Groups of no more than six – exercise stations set up overseen by instructing team; please ensure equipment is wiped down before and after each user.
 
Participants enter and exit from the side gate entrance on Camden street, participants are required to leave the premises promptly when sessions have finished.
 
Children’s sessions (under 18’s)
 
Children’ sessions will continue with measures agreed in risk assessments – please ensure we are following social distancing between participants during the sessions, 
 
Session will continue to be drop off – parents will be asked when navigating the main building please have a face covering
